  • When measuring existing cabinetry, the current countertops should be completely cleared of any items and appliances before the measure can proceed.

    When measuring new cabinetry, the cabinets must be installed and secured in their final resting place before the measure can proceed.

    Any customer-provided sinks are required to be onsite, along with cooktops, faucets, and additional appliances that could impact the fabrication.

  • Changes after measure may incur additional costs and delay the installation date.

    For this reason, it is recommended that all decisions be final by the time the measure-technician is leaving your home.

  • Before the Installers arrive onsite:

    -Existing countertops should be clear of items or appliances

    -we strongly recommend base cabinets be emptied

    -plumbing needs to be disconnected by a licensed plumber

  • We require the primary decision-maker to be onsite and available for the duration of the measure or install. This ensures accuracy and customer satisfaction in case unforeseen issues arise.

  • Once your measure is complete, you will hear from our office within the next few business days to confirm the next steps and discuss install dates.

  • No, Plumbing is a licensed trade in the state of Georgia.

    We strongly recommend you hire a licensed plumber to disconnect and reconnect your plumbing.

  • No, Surface Providers does not sell faucets.

    However, we require all faucets and fixtures to be selected and onsite at the time of your measure appointment.

  • Natural stone countertops need to be sealed to protect them from stains and ensure they stay looking their best.

  • For Natural Stone projects, The maximum overhang is 10-inches with no added supports.

    For Quartz projects, The maximum overhang is 12-inches with no added supports.

    However, If additional overhang is desired, Surface Providers offers appropriate supports for an added cost.

  • No, Quartz is not rated for outdoor use. Engineered stone is made of composites, resins, and glues that are likely to sunburn, fade, and in extreme conditions, crack.

  • We take a 50% deposit on the estimate you are provided. The remaining balance is due at install.

  • No, Surface Providers does not offer financing.

    Methods of payment we accept are cash, check, and credit card.
